Like the rest of our fruit our white peaches are harvested right when they reach maturity. These fruits are exceptionally challenging since they have delicate skin and their flavor depends heavily on their environment. White peaches also differ from their yellow counterpart in their appearance and taste. White peaches have a cream and red colored skin, with a white and sometimes red speckled inside. While they may lack the tang of a yellow peach, they more than make up for it with their sweeter flavor.
